Brittany has dedicated more than a decade to political and Capitol Hill communications, often working at the intersection of messaging and policy. She’s served as a communications strategist for the pro-Romney Super PAC Restore Our Future, Representative Kay Granger, and Governor Kristi Noem.

VICE PRESIDENT
Carter brings almost a decade of experience in political communications and strategic leadership, having served in senior roles across Capitol Hill and political consulting firms. Before joining Amplify, she led communications strategy for multiple members of Congress, overseeing media relations, digital engagement, and crisis response efforts. As Vice President at Amplify, Carter guides the firm’s communications strategy portfolio, advising clients on high-impact messaging, integrated media campaigns, and long-term brand positioning to advance their policy and constituent engagement goals.

With years of experience driving digital strategy in the political and public affairs space, Neha has built her career helping leaders connect more deeply with the people they serve. She’s known for turning complex priorities into clear, compelling messages that build trust, spark engagement, and drive measurable results. As Vice President at Amplify, she leads the firm’s strategy to help clients grow their audiences, strengthen constituent relationships, and tell their stories in authentic, impactful ways. She brings together creativity, data, and strategy to design digital programs that not only reach people but resonate with them — creating lasting impact in a rapidly evolving communications landscape.

Abigail Angelos
CLIENT MANAGER
Abigail brings years of experience from her time working with several prominent members of Congress. Her professional background spans both politics and television media, giving her a distinctive understanding of strategic communication. On Capitol Hill, she played a key role in developing and executing messaging initiatives that effectively informed, engaged, and motivated diverse audiences. Prior to her time in politics, Abigail built a strong foundation in the film and television industry, contributing to major Paramount and Disney productions—including Yellowstone and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series—where she honed her skills in managing high-profile media attention. At Amplify, Abigail draws on this multifaceted background to help clients sharpen their messaging and maximize their communication impact.

Taylor Carr
SENIOR STATE CLIENT ASSOCIATE
Taylor has a unique role at Amplify. She is a Multiplatform Journalism and Political Science double major from Duquesne University. She worked on the Hill and dabbled in sports journalism before becoming Amplify’s first in-person employee, where she wears multiple hats on the daily. Her main role is overseeing the fast-paced texting department, making sure the texting team has the resources they need to execute text sends, while handling evolving carrier-level issues, and she upkeeps text accounts on the back end. In addition, she executes strategic communications for a few clients by writing weekly columns, press releases, and makes press calls. With an eye for detail, she helps proofread mailers, edits drafts, and performs quality checks before publishing. Lastly, she helps plan and execute all of our wonderful events for our company. Taylor has an attention for detail and provides meaningful work for our clients.

Miranda Caswell
LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Miranda comes to Amplify with over a decade of experience in digital design ranging from advertising and social media promotion to brand development and event marketing within the non-profit, political, and small-business domains across the DMV. At Amplify, Miranda puts her degree in Mass Communications in Digital and Print Media to practice by using up-to-date trends to craft poignant messages to accurately express our client’s visions to help them remain connected to their constituents. Outside of the office, Miranda refines both her creative skillset and entrepreneurial spirit as a freelance photographer and local pottery instructor.

Carl Dalton
CLIENT ASSOCIATE
Carl is a Psychology and Political Science graduate from Ole Miss with a background in public policy and constituent engagement. A Mississippi native, he previously served on Representative Michael Guest’s team on Capitol Hill, where he gained experience in legislative operations and constituent services. As an Implementation Associate at Amplify, Carl plays a vital role in executing client outreach efforts. He helps manage full-scale texting projects from drafting to deployment and reporting, ensuring smooth execution at every step. He also supports telephone town halls and other engagement initiatives, providing the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps projects running seamlessly. Through his attention to detail and commitment to efficiency, Carl helps ensure clients and client managers have the support they need for successful outreach.

Mara Hallcock
STAFF ASSISTANT
Mara is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in agricultural communications and marketing. She brings extensive experience in the communications sector through multiple internships, most recently working on the Senate Agriculture Committee, where she assisted with a wide range of policy and communications projects. As a Staff Assistant at Amplify, Mara supports all phases of texting projects, from drafting messages to compiling final reports, and assisting with telephone town halls. She provides additional support across the team as needed, contributing to a variety of projects. With a strong attention to detail, Mara helps ensure projects run smoothly and that the team has the support needed for seamless execution.

Jackson brings a strong background in political communications, digital strategy, and long-term messaging campaigns, shaped by hands-on experience across multiple industries. His experience spans both Capitol Hill and the private sector, where he has developed a strong ability to turn complex ideas into clear, digestible messages.
Jackson has contributed to a wide range of communications efforts, including drafting constituent correspondence, social media messaging, press materials, and long-term outreach plans.
